Some items on hi.eu.com are sold via pre-order or produced on demand. These may require additional handling time of 7–21 business days. Specific delivery details are provided on each product page.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we can help:
✔️ Eligible Returns:
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
You must provide your order number and reason for return.
❌ Non-Refundable Items:
Certain pre-order or made-to-order items are marked non-refundable and non-cancellable once paid.
These conditions are shown clearly on the product page before purchase.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, we will review your request and determine whether cancellation is possible. If accepted, a refund may be issued minus processing or supplier handling fees.
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after inspection of returned goods.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Hi.EU.COM online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs
We understand how important your order is. If your delivery is delayed, please first check your shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number. You can use this number to check your parcel's location via the courier’s website.
For pre-order items, please note that delivery time may take longer (usually 7–60 business days). If the estimated delivery period has passed and you still haven't received your item, contact our support team at support@hi.eu.com with your order number.
Our delivery partners typically do not operate on national public holidays, which may result in minor delays. Orders placed during or before a holiday period may be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship to most countries across the European Union and selected international locations. You can check delivery availability at checkout by entering your full address. If we cannot ship to your area, the system will notify you automatically.
We offer next-day delivery on select items and locations within Germany for orders placed before 9:00 PM. However, this is not available for pre-order or made-to-order products. Delivery options and estimated timeframes will be clearly shown at checkout.
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially high-value items. If you’re not home, the courier may attempt a second delivery, leave a pickup slip, or deliver to a nearby collection point.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow the status of your shipment directly on the courier's website or via the tracking link we provide.
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing support@hi.eu.com. Please include your order number. Pre-order items marked non-refundable cannot be canceled after payment.
