🧾 1. General Policy
We offer limited returns and refunds, depending on the type of product you purchased. Due to the nature of digital products and pre-orders, some items are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
🛒 2. Pre-Order Products
Products marked as pre-order are not always kept in stock. These are shipped once available from our suppliers.
- Pre-orders are generally non-refundable unless your item is delayed by more than 90 days beyond the estimated delivery date.
- If you request a cancellation, we will review your case to determine if cancellation is possible. However, we cannot guarantee approval unless the product has not entered processing or shipment.
- Shipping delays from manufacturers do not qualify for automatic refunds unless the product is no longer available.
🎮 3. Digital Products, Game Credits, In-App Currency & Keys
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of the following items are final and non-refundable:
- Game keys and codes
- In-app credits or top-ups (e.g., PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Call of Duty CP)
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
- Subscription cards (e.g. Netflix, PSN, iTunes)
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for digital products once the code is delivered or top-up has been processed.
Important: Please double-check your account ID, region, and email before submitting a digital order. Errors in details may result in delivery to the wrong account, and we cannot reverse or refund completed deliveries.
📦 4. Physical Products
We accept returns on physical products (gadgets, accessories, etc.) under these conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and in re-sellable condition
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
